In compliance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 on personal data protection, LycanGraphycs (Andrés Mauricio M. Garavito) explains how it handles the personal data of visitors to this website.

Andrés Mauricio M. Garavito, operating under the LycanGraphycs brand, based in Colombia, with contact email contacto@lycangraphycs.com, is the controller responsible for the personal data collected through this site.
2. Data collected
Only the data voluntarily entered in the contact form is collected: name, email address, subject, and message. No sensitive data (health, sexual orientation, religious or political beliefs, among others) is collected through this form.
3. Purpose of processing
The data is used exclusively to respond to the request or inquiry submitted. It is not used to send unsolicited advertising, is not sold, and is not shared with third parties, except where legally required.
4. Your rights as data subject
As the data subject, you have the right to know, update, and correct your information, request proof of the authorization granted, be informed about how your data is used, revoke your authorization, and/or request deletion of your data when legal principles are not respected, and access your personal data free of charge.
5. How to exercise your rights
You can exercise these rights by writing to contacto@lycangraphycs.com, stating your request. A response will be provided within the terms set by law (inquiries: 10 business days; complaints: 15 business days).
6. Data retention
Data submitted through the form is kept only for as long as necessary to handle the request and, afterward, for as long as there is a legal or contractual reason to retain it.
7. Authorization
By checking the acceptance box on the contact form and submitting your data, you freely, expressly, and knowingly grant your prior authorization for the processing of your personal data in accordance with this policy.
